How to set up your dashboards
Dashboards can be found in the start section. They consist of widgets, each showing a certain type of information. There are personal dashboards, team dashboards and organization dashboards. For each type, multiple dashboards can be created.

Where to find it in ISOPlanner: https://portal.isoplanner.app/dashboard/meThis page shows personal dashboard. They are visible only to the one specific user.
My teams
Where to find it in ISOPlanner: https://portal.isoplanner.app/dashboard/teamThis page shows dashboards for specific teams. They are visible only to people who are a member of a specific team. Dashboards can be created for more than one team.
Organization
Where to find it in ISOPlanner: https://portal.isoplanner.app/dashboard/orgThis page shows organization-wide dashboards. They are visible to everyone in the organization who logs in to ISOPlanner.
Adding a widget
Widgets are squares, shown on a dashboard, each containing a certain type of information.
Click on the empty square which only contains a plus-icon to add a new widget to the dashboard.
Widget types
Azure Defender
Azure Defender Secure Score
This widget shows the secure score reported by Azure Defender.
KPI
KPI alert
This widget shows the value of KPI over the past period as a meter. The aggregation method, period and threshold values of the graph are adjustable.
KPI data
This widget shows data from a KPI over a selected period. The aggregation method, aggregation interval and period of the graph are adjustable.
Library
Library content
This widget shows up to 8 references from the library. The list can be compiled by yourself.
Library read response
For a selected page or document, this widget shows the percentage ‘read’ for each team in the knowledge base.
Library reading statistics
This widget shows how many times items have been opened. You can choose between the top 6 most opened or least opened items.
Risks
Not accepted risks
This widget shows the risks that are not accepted. Risks that are already accepted or that are rejected are not shown. This gives insight into the workload of risks to process.
Number of risks per status
This widget shows the number of risks per status in a pie chart.
Risk details
This widget shows the details of 1 risk such as the name, status and status of associated controls.
Standard
Custom standard status
This widget shows the status of 1 custom standard in the standards framework. A diagram shows which part of all standard element has been (fully) implemented or which is not applicable.
ISO standard status
This widget shows the status of 1 ISO standard in the standards framework. A diagram shows which part of all standard elements has been (fully) implemented or which is not applicable.
My Custom standard status
This widget shows the status of 1 custom standard in the standards framework for which the requirements and controls are assigned to you as owner. A diagram shows which part of all standard elements has been (fully) implemented or which is not applicable.
My ISO standard status
This widget shows the status of 1 ISO standard in the standards framework for which the requirements and controls are assigned to you as owner. A diagram shows which part of all standard elements has been (fully) implemented or which is not applicable.
Task
My tasks over deadline
This widget shows all your tasks that are past the deadline.
My upcoming tasks
This widget shows tasks that start within this period. The period is adjustable.
Number of tasks per status
This widget shows the number of tasks per status in a pie chart.
Number of tasks per value in a tag group
This widget shows the number of tasks for each value in a tag group in a pie chart.
Open tasks by user
This widget shows the number of open tasks per user in a bar chart, sorted by who has the most tasks open.
Recently completed tasks
This widget shows the latest completed tasks.
Single task
This widget shows a single task with the task name, task status, the assignee and for recurring tasks the first 5 task instances.
Task action
This widget allows you to create tasks directly from the widget (except for approval templates).
Modifying a widget
Click on the icon in the top right corner of a widget to open a menu of options for that widget. Note that the first two widgets on the personal dashboard are fixed and cannot be modified.
Insert new widget
This option does not modify the chosen widget but instead creates a new widget on the dashboard.

Move left
This option moves the widget one position to the left on the dashboard.
Move Right
This option moves the widget one position to the right on the dashboard.
Remove
This option removes the widget from the dashboard. You can always add it again either to this dashboard or to another one by Adding a widget.
Configure
With this option you can change the name of the widget on this specific dashboard. Some widget types have additional settings specific to that widget type.
Dashboard options
Each dashboard shows a customizable set of widgets. The name of the dashboard is shown above the widget squares as a tab. Click the icon just right of the dashboard name to access dashboard options.
Insert new dashboard
This option creates a new dashboard. It will be on the same level (personal, team or organization) as the current dashboard. You can give the dashboard a name. A new tab with this dashboard name will appear and you can start adding widgets to it.
Move left
If there is more than one dashboard on the current level, then you can change the order by moving a dashboard that’s not the first, to the left.
Move right
If there is more than one dashboard on the current level, then you can change the order by moving a dashboard that’s not the last, to the right.
Edit
This option allows you to change the name of a dashboard.
Remove
This option allows you to delete a dashboard.
Share
This option allows you to share a dashboard with another user. You can select the user that you want to share the dashboard with.
