Symptom
When trying to login, Microsoft returns error AADSTS50020 User {x} from Identity provider {y} does not exist in tenant {z} and cannot access the application {aaa} (ISOPlanner) in that tenant.
Answer: Login to your correct organization
1. Select ‘Use another account’ on the login screen
2. Click Login Options
3. Select Login with an organization
4. Search for the organization by domain name
For example: isoplanner.app
5. Then continue with the normal login procedure.
