Start your subscription
When starting an ISOPlanner subscription, there are a few key points to consider.
Management users
ISOPlanner subscriptions are based on the number of management users. A management user has full permissions within ISOPlanner. Each management user includes a set number of standard users, the number depending on the selected subscription type.
Subscription type
ISOPlanner offers three subscription types: Basic, Business, and Premium. These differ in available features, such as KPI management and Power Automate monitoring.
In addition, we offer a dedicated NIS2 subscription, which is limited to the use of a single standard: the NIS2 Quality Mark. More information about NIS2 can be found here: NIS2-compliance.
Payment method and subscription duration
You can choose between a monthly or annual subscription. Available payment methods are credit card and invoice (invoice payment is available for annual subscriptions only).
- Monthly subscription
Monthly subscriptions are paid by credit card only and must be started by the customer. This can be done directly in ISOPlanner via Administration / Subscription, where you can select the subscription type, duration (monthly or annual), and the number of management users. - Annual subscription
Annual subscriptions can be paid by credit card or by invoice. If you prefer to pay by invoice, please contact support@isoplanner.app. In this case, we will set up the subscription for you and send the invoice.
Changes to your subscription
You can change the subscription type or the number of management users at any time. If you are paying by credit card, you can make these changes yourself in the menu Administration / Subscription, or you can contact our support team for assistance at support@isoplanner.app.

Grant ISOPlanner permissions
ISOPlanner integrates with Microsoft 365 and therefore requires authorization to access your Microsoft 365 tenant.
This integration allows you, among other things, to link SharePoint documents to ISOPlanner and view them directly within the platform, as well as add users from your Entra directory.
Existing SharePoint permission settings remain unchanged. ISOPlanner only displays documents to users who already have access based on the permissions defined in SharePoint.

Access authorization is not required during the trial period.
General settings
In the menu Administration / Settings / tab: General you will find some general settings for your ISOPlanner environment, such as default language, audit cycle, personalize your ISOPlanner by adding your company’s logo and others. You can find more information and details on each of the options in the article: Settings-General.
Activate your standard(s) – buy a content package
ISOPlanner currently offers more than 40 standards that are ready for activation. If the standard you are looking for is not listed in the table below, it can usually be added to ISOPlanner within a few weeks. For more information about a specific standard, please contact our support team.
In ISOPlanner, you can activate or deactivate standards via Administration / Standards. The number of standards you can activate depends on your ISOPlanner subscription type.
If you want to get started quickly—and potentially save months of work—we offer Instant 27001 content packages. These are available as a one-time purchase, with ISO 27001 as the base package and optional add-ons for additional standards. The packages include ready-to-use documentation, risk registers, annual planning, and more. You can order your package(s) in the menu Administration / Store. In the table below, blue fields indicate standards that are available as Instant add-ons. For more details, see the starter package or contact our support team.
