How to view the content of your standards (ISO Standards)
Overview
Where to find it in ISOPlanner: https://portal.isoplanner.app/standards/overviewFor each activated standard, all requirements and controls are shown in a hierarchical list. For each of those items, the following properties are shown:
- Chapter
- Title
- Tags
- Owner
- Scope
- Applicability
- Out of scope reason
- Status
- Shared with
In this list, there are no options to add, edit or delete single items however there is the option to search and filter the content.
In this overview standards (requirements and controls) are standing alone and are not linked as in the menu Controls and Requirements.
Audit
in this section, details of all Controls and Requirement can be seen, without being redirected to that element in the respective menu (Controls or Requirements). Information available on each Item is the Standard text, Implementation text and the documents/links which are linked to that item.
Analytics
Where to find it in ISOPlanner: https://portal.isoplanner.app/standards/analyticsThe Analytics tab shows a pie chart for each activated standard, with the number of requirements and controls per implementation status:
- Fully covered
- Out Of Scope
- In Progress
- Not Covered
A standard is considered fully implemented when all parts:
- Have a related control or requirement,
- The control is in scope,
- The status is implemented
If you have more ISOPlanner organizational units and you have some controls and/or requirements linked between different organizational units, list of those requirements and controls will be listed below.
