ISOPlanner release 1.9.5 – December 23, 2022
Updated: Operational planning
We renamed the main menu item to ‘Annual plan’.
This view shows all recurring tasks related to the continual improvement of the management system.
We have improved the functionality and usability:
- The tasks in the planning are automatically updated when you make a change.
- The planning can be updated in bulk (multi-select) to:
- Assign
- Schedule in de calendar
- Remove
See a quick video going over a lot of features of the new Annual plan here:

Addition: for a risk, choose from a list of assets and threats
For each risk, you can describe the type of assets the risk relates to.
Now a feature is added where can you can select an asset from a list.
When a risk is open, there’s the option to add an asset from the library.
Click it and you’ll see a list of your assets to choose from. Once selected, the asset is identified and clickable in the Assets field.
The same goes for Threats: define a list in SharePoint and choose the system type ‘Threats’.
See instructions on how to set this up in this video:
https://isoplanner.app/videos/link-assets-to-risksImprovement: ‘Planning’ tab for a task
Every task which is based on a template, or is part of a series, has a tab called “Planning” (previously: Instances)
In this tab you can see other tasks in the same series.
We improved this view. It now also shows the assignee and whether the task is scheduled in Outlook.
