New Help feature with AI Assistent
The Help feature has been renewed. We added our AI Assistent to the help feature. You can ask question on how ISOPlanner works. This chatbot was already available on our website and is now integrated into the application. It has only been trained with our knowledge base and is based on the ChatGPT 4 model. It is completely safe to use. No questions will become public.
In addition to the AI Assistent, we also added a link to our online knowledge base where you can search through all articles.
We are going to improve the chatbot so that more valuable answers can be given about ISO knowledge and implementation. Because of the nature of ChatGPT, anwers can be wrong or incomplete. If you encounter a mistake, please use the ‘Create a ticket’ link to contact our Service Desk.
