Bulk edit of properties
In the lists of Processes, Objectives, Requirements, Controls, Risks and Tasks, we added a feature to edit properties of your selection. You can select 2 or more items and click Edit on the toolbar to open the new bulk edit view. Note that if you select 1 item, you will edit only that item without the bulk edit feature.
You can edit common properties like Tags, Owner, Group and Task assignment. You can edit multiple properties at once. For example, set a new owner and add a new tag.
Note that the task bulk edit option is only available from the ‘All tasks & events‘ view. We will extent this functionality in the future for more views and for more properties. Please let us know what you need!
New reports for details of Processes, Objectives, Requirements and Assets
In the lists of Processes, Objectives, Requirements and Assets, we added a button on the toolbar to create a report that includes details like status, implementation and description. When you filter the lists, only the filtered items are included in the reports.
New report for Approval history
From the library, you can create a new report that combines version information from SharePoint and the new Approvals module. Please note that you need to enable the retrieval of version information for the library categories before this information is included in the report. You can enable this by editing the categories.
Note that we added a little progress indicator on the right while retrieving version information from SharePoint. The report is not available during this process because realtime information is important.
In the example below you can see that there is a pending approval for version 1.0 of the PDF file. For the TXT file, the newest 4.0 version is not approved yet: only 3.0 and 1.0 where approved earlier.
Select visible columns for risks and assets
In the lists of Assets and Risks, you can now click the button View and click ‘Select columns’ to select the visible columns you want. In the future, we will make the feature available for more lists. Please let us know what you need!
Make a copy of an existing risk
In the list and details of a risk, we added a button to Copy a risk. Select an existing risk and click Copy. A new code and name is generated and the new risk will get status ‘New’. All other properties including all controls, library items are copied from the selected risk.
New quick filters for ISO standards
In the lists for ISO standards, Controls and Requirements we added new quick filters to easily filter on the standards you need. For Controls and Requirements this works also for custom made standards. The quick filters become visible when you filter on them for the first time using the Filter button right next to the tabs. There are 5 quick filter shown based on your usage.
Quickly create a task based on a template
In all tasks lists, you can now easily create a new task based on a template. Just select the dropdown button next to New and select the template.
Link library items to other entities from within the Library
From within the Library, you can now link your items directly to other entities like risks, controls, processes and objectives. Click on the ‘Usage’ link in the list of library items for the item you want to edit. Click in the input box at the bottom to start searching for items.
