Important notice!
Last year, we introduced the functionalities for Approvals, Workflows, KPIs and Forms. We made this functionality also available for customers with a Basic subscription until June 2024 for free. We’re happy to see that so many customer love these features, especially the Approvals! But, this also means that we are going to remove these features from the Basic subscription in June. Please upgrade to the Business subscription if you want to keep using these features. We will send an additional email to Basic customers about this topic shortly.
Annual plan view improvement
We changed the view of the tasks in the planning to create a more clean look and better view of completed tasks and tasks that are over deadline.
1. In the month view, only the number of the day of the month is shown.
2. Green fields are completed tasks.
3. Red fields are tasks over deadline.
4. The recurrence pattern ‘3 years in cycle’ can now be edited by clicking the button, just as the other recurrence patterns.
5. When there are more than 4 tasks in the view, an indication is shown how many more tasks there are. For example +2.
Easier bulk edit of tags
When bulk editing tags (for tasks, controls, requirements, processes, objectives and assets), the currently assigned tags are listed. In addition, there is an indication how many times the tag is used in the current selection. This makes it easier to remove tags.
In the example below, we selected 8 tasks. You can now see that 5 of them have the tag ‘Cycle : Internal audit’ assigned. And 7 of them have the tag ‘Priority : High’ assigned. Both checkboxes before the tags are in ‘indetermined’ state, meaning not all checked and not all unchecked. You can now uncheck to remove the tag from all tasks or check to add the tag to the tasks that did not had it yet. You can also search for an existing tag or create a new tag to assign to all 8 selected tasks.
Editing of forms by clicking on the name
The name of the form in the grid is now a link. When clicked, the form editor opens. Before, this was done by clicking a button in the grid. When you add a new field to the form (new KPI, attachment or context) the views are made smaller and cleaner.
New column ‘usage’ in the grid of KPIs
The overview of KPIs has a new column: “Usage”. It indicates how many times a KPI has been used. This can be a form or a widget on a dashboard. When you click on the number, a view is opened with the details where you can directly edit the form or quickly navigate to the dashboard where the widget is located.
Cleaner Approvals view
The Approvals view in the Library is made a bit cleaner. Extra information how the view can be used can be read by hovering your mouse over the (i). The large text field for the instruction is replaced by a smaller button. When clicked, the field appears focused.
