Larger features we’re working on
- Integration with Microsoft Purview, Intune en Entra ID.
- AI assistance in various features.
Privacy module (GDPR) enhancements including approvals and AI
In this release we enhanced the features of the privacy module with:
1. Approval flow
2. Compliance check
3. New reports
You can now set-up an approval flow so that users who don’t have permission to update the status of a processing activity to Approved can request approval. Users that are authorized to approve receive a task to approve or reject.
All users can start a ‘compliance check’ that validates all fields of the processing activity. Without the AI Assistent, required fields are reported but with our AI Assistent enabled, advice is given about the content of each field, checking compliance with the GDPR.
There are 2 new reports which combine Data Subjects, Assets and Processing Activities. Also, in the Asset details view, any related processing activities are shown in the Context tab on the right.
New task bulk update features for start date, deadline and status
We added the possibility to update the start date, deadline and status for tasks in bulk. For start date and deadline, you can choose to set a new date or to move the date.
Dashboard widget enhancements
The widget in the category ‘Organizational unit’ (Premium subscriptions) that shows risk owners now has a view option to switch between grouping per user and per organizational unit. You can enable this switch and set a default in the configuration of the widget.
Power BI enhancements
The Power BI integration now also supports:
1. Processing activities and all related data
2. Dashboard and widgets

Task import supports forms
When importing tasks with the provided Microsoft Excel template, you can now specify a form for each task. In the last column, you can provide a form Id. The Id can be found when editing a form: go to the list of forms in the Organization menu, select a form, click Edit and click on the copy icon next to the title of the panel that opens.
NIS2 subscription now comes with 3 free users
We now offer 3 free users for NIS2 subscriptions. This way we offer more options for working together with consultants and your colleagues.
New task filter for start date
The task filter for ‘Start date is Today’ has been changed to ‘Start date is today or has passed’. This makes it more easy to filter tasks that can be started. Additionally, the name of the filter above the grid (quick filter) now includes ‘State date’ and ‘Deadline’ so that it is clear which filter is active when for example ‘Next week is selected’.
Extra 3rd dimension in the risk matrix
For Premium subscriptions, a 3rd dimension can be activated for the risk matrix configuration. E.g. ‘Exposure time’ for ISO 13849.
When the 3rd dimension is enabled, you can give it a name like ‘Exposure time’ and set the scale. The total score for each risk will now be calculated as Likelihood x Impact x Exposure time.
