ISOPlanner release 6.2.1 – June 8, 2026

Previously, ISOPlanner had three standard views: "My tasks", "My requests" and "All tasks & events" for managers. You can now create your own views with custom filters, for example, "Incidents that are overdue".

Custom views can be shared with others, reordered, and pinned directly to the main menu for easy access. We have also prepared a set of standard views for incidents, non-conformities and findings. Click the + button on the right of your current views to get started.

We added the following improvements::

• Retention period is now available on individual assets, so not every asset in a processing activity needs to share the same retention period
• The list of processors and recipients now shows the related assets directly
• Swiss DSG is now supported. Switch to this framework in the settings of the processing activities module
• The Excel report for processing activity details includes additional columns: purpose, retention period, and suppliers/recipients

The annual plan now includes a Gantt-style report that displays tasks as bars from start date to deadline. The report is available as PDF only. Use it to get a clear overview of task durations and expected completion dates.

We have added a new configuration section in the Administration menu to centralise the management of lists, starting with task templates. You can find it under Administration / Content configuration. In upcoming releases, we will extend this with other lists, such as forms and tags.
