Where to find it in ISOPlanner: https://portal.isoplanner.app/store/content
The ISOPlanner Store offers packages and services that support the implementation of ISO standards.
You can use the search field to find a specific package. Filters allow you to display items by language and to show only Free or Preview items. If your ISOPlanner environment is configured for a single language, packages in other languages may not be visible.
The Store contains two types of items: packages and services.

Packages
Packages are provided by ISOPlanner partners. If you do not see an expected package, please contact the ISOPlanner support team.
One of the partners offering packages in the Instant 27001 line is Instant Management Systems B.V. For more information, visit: https://instant27001.com
Packages contain predefined content that becomes available in your ISOPlanner environment once the package is purchased and activated. This content may include, for example risks, Instructions for ISO requirements or controls, annual plan templates etc.
In addition to data stored directly in ISOPlanner, packages may also include documents. These documents will be uploaded to your SharePoint environment and linked from the ISOPlanner library.
Some packages may provide a complete implementation of a management system, including all required documentation for certification.
Order now
Selecting Order Now places an order for the selected package. Most orders are processed manually. You will be contacted to confirm details such as pricing, content language, and payment method. Even if your ISOPlanner subscription is paid by credit card, content packages can be paid by invoice (bank transfer). Once payment is completed, the package will be available for activation in ISOPlanner.
Activate
Selecting Activate starts the process of installing the package in your ISOPlanner environment. A new window will open where you need to:
-
Grant permissions (Click Give Permissions to verify that you have the required rights to upload content to SharePoint. Microsoft may request additional permissions for ISOPlanner.)
-
Select a SharePoint site (Choose the SharePoint site where documents (if included) will be uploaded.)
-
Check for conflicting items (ISOPlanner will check whether documents already exist on the selected SharePoint site. If conflicts are found, you may select “Skip all conflicting items.”
When installing an add-on package to a starter package, conflicts are expected, and selecting this option is recommended.) -
Activate the package (Click Activate package to proceed. Activation may take several minutes. Do not navigate to other pages or close the browser window until the process is complete.)
After activation, a summary of the installed content is displayed. If conflicting items were skipped, this will be indicated in the summary.
Activated
Once a package is activated, the Activated button is shown. Clicking this button provides additional package details and the option to Reactivate.
Reactivate
Reactivation attempts to install the package again.
Content such as implementation text for requirements and controls will be added again unless the existing text is exactly identical. If implementation text has been modified, the original package content will be added again.
If a risk name has been changed, a new risk with the original package data will be created.
The “out of scope” reason for controls will be reset to the original package value, if included (this is usually not the case).
Services
In addition to packages, the Store also lists services offered by third-party providers. These items include a More information button that either:
-
Redirects you to the provider’s website, or
-
Sends an email request to the provider after confirmation
ISOPlanner may receive a commission if you choose to purchase a third-party service.
Services may also appear in other areas of ISOPlanner, such as alongside relevant controls, displayed as advertisements. You can disable ads outside of the Store in Settings → General.
