Question: How to link a control to a risk?

Answer

To link a control to a risk (mitigate the risk with a control), follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the risk details by clicking on the name from within the risk overview.
2. On the right side, section “Related Information” is visible.
3. Go to the ‘Controls’ tab of this section.
4. In the search box, type (a part of) the name of the control you want.
5. Choose the control from the suggested items by clicking on the name.

Tip: When the AI Assistent is enabled, click the link ‘Get suggestions from the AI Assistent’.

If you want to create a new control instead of selecting an existing one, click the ‘Add new control’ button.
