Settings – Modules

Where to find it in ISOPlanner: https://portal.isoplanner.app/admin/settings/modules

Here you can make the modules in the main menu (in)visible. This has no effect on the stored data. You can re-enable a module later if you wish.

The following modules can be disabled and enabled:

  • Organization
  • Requirements
  • Suppliers and Assets
  • Risks
  • Controls
  • ISO Standards
  • Processing Activities

This is also a place where you can set up and adjust certain settings for a specific module.

  • Suppliers and assets
    • Classifications (here you can manage your Classification groups, for use in assets and risks. You can create new entries, adjust the existing ones or remove any which are not needed)
    • Locations (these are locations for the Asset, which is helpful and provides information on the asset when linking assets in the module processing activities)
  • Risks (flexible risk matrix can be adjusted to your company requirements. Likelihood and Impact can be independently adjusted, details for each classification determined). NOTE: with the premium subscription 3D module is available. You can define the name of the third module yourself as well as the lever of the module. Once set, you can easily define the risk levels in the menu risks.
  • Processing Activities (a number of Information needs to be taken into consideration when processing the data.
